Inspections
We do two property inspections a year free of charge! Our inspection report includes condition photos and a description of the property's interior and exterior, along with any repair items that need to be addressed.
Financial Only Management
We offer a $29.95 a month Financial Only plan where we handle the rent collection through our Trust account, send annual CRP (Certificate of Rent Paid) requirement, and 1099 reporting. You will have access to your financials live reports through our secure online portal 24/7!
